As Agile Product Controller, Stella Thienel supports the KPI-based controlling at TalentFormation and in our client projects. Even before joining TalentFormation, Stella was an important freelance talent in the TalentFormation Network and supported us as an Agile Product Controller with her analytical skills and her love of numbers in key client projects. Previously, she gained extensive experience as a controller at Europcar Mobility Group Germany and Hapag Lloyd AG.
Stella is an enthusiastic sportswoman with a great passion for kite surfing. Whenever possible, Stella enjoys gliding over the waves at a breathtaking kite spot.
