Julia has been with TalentFormation since 2012. Originally head of user experience management at OTTO, she has worked primarily as a product manager since becoming self-employed, but is always in demand as a UX expert in almost all projects.
Who are you and what do you do at TalentFormation?
I’m Julia, 37 years old and have been working in e-commerce for over 10 years. I work as a user experience manager and product owner. At TalentFormation, I primarily work for clients as an interim product owner and support teams in introducing or optimizing agile software development.
In my engagements, I am also responsible for the customer-focused development of new products and functionalities, most recently mostly in the setup or environment of a verticalized software architecture.
I help TalentFormation clients involve users directly in their development process by advising on planning, method selection, and evaluation for user testing.
What does TalentFormation mean to you?
For me, TalentFormation is network, coach, client and team at the same time. I really appreciate working with experienced and specialized experts on exciting and complex topics, sharing knowledge, questioning the existing and finding new solutions together, getting better from project to project and benefiting from each other.
