The Team Role

The Digital Marketing Manager ensures that our high-performance teams can develop impactful digital products within innovative growth industries.

Where Your Expertise is Needed

  • Develop and implement digital campaigns for lead generation of complex software projects.

  • Focus on growth industries such as New Mobility (E.g. Ride Sharing Services), New Health (E.g. Mental Health Apps), New Energy (E.g. Hydrogen Mobility Applications), Crypto (E.g. BTC Payment Services).

  • Establish the positioning of TalentFormation’s various software development services.

  • Implement specific incentives and lead magnets for new and existing clients.

  • Create campaigns for lead generation with emphasis on social channels. (Concentrating on LinkedIn, YouTube and email)

  • Oversee business management of online marketing with a focus on campaign optimization via paid channels.

  • Optimize and further develop automation of campaign implementation and control.
    (based on OKRs)

  • Support  pre-sale and sales teams content creation.

  • Lead external service providers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Completed business administration/marketing studies (BWL-/Marketing Studium) with additional experience in digital campaign management via social and search channels.

  • A holistic approach to digital marketing to assist our clients with services from branding and lead management to further services throughout all phases of a project’s life cycle.

  • Generate and systematically offer feedback from our clients  and help to continuously increase collaborative satisfaction with the product leads.

  • A fascination for the potential of online marketing especially social advertising & messaging.

  • Interest and excitement for the challenges of sales of complex products via digital channels.

  • The ability to write well and communicate appropriately in German and English.

  • Calm overview even in stressful situations.

  • Outside the box thinkers, work solution-oriented, team members who complete their tasks with enthusiasm, passion and maximum reliability.

  • Continuous personal and professional development is a matter of course for you.

  • Openness to learn and grow with the help of online marketing professionals as well as personal coaches.
