Claudius has been working for TalentFormation in various projects as a frontend developer since 2015. Here Claudius tells us what motivates him and what self-employment means to him.
Who are you and what do you do at TalentFormation?
I’m Claudius Kirsch and I’ve been a self-employed frontend developer since 2010. Since 2015 for TalentFormation.
What does TalentFormation mean to you?
Challenging projects, a lot of responsibility and a team of outstanding people.
The projects are big and change things. It’s not just about technical service, it’s about clients transforming and positioning themselves differently.
What made you decide to go into business for yourself?
I was never employed and was doing freelance work while I was in college. This then gradually became more and more.
What advantages / disadvantages do you see in self-employment?
The disadvantage is that my position in the job is strongly linked to my person. If I’m sick, I don’t earn any money. If I have a bad day, the quality of my work as an external falls and with it my reputation. Otherwise, many advantages: Flexibility, freedom, good salary
What motivates you?
I can contribute to the projects with my experience and personality. I like the progress and the team performance in the projects and to see what you have achieved together.
What sense do you see in your job?
I think transforming companies into more modern ways of thinking is meaningful.
What do you love about your job?
Learning new things, turning ideas into reality, teamwork.
